We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and business details when submitting a listing or signing up for our newsletter. We also collect analytics data (page views, clicks) via Vercel Analytics, which is anonymous and contains no personally identifiable information.

We use your information to: display your listing on the Platform; send you newsletters (only if you opted in); respond to inquiries; improve the Platform; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers (Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting) solely to operate the Platform. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Listing submissions are retained for the duration of the listing's active period and for up to 12 months thereafter for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, database-level access controls, and row-level security in our database. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
